ROC/CTEC is currently accepting applications to attend any of their 38 career education programs offered during the daytime. All current sophomores and juniors are eligible to apply to attend a program offered during the 2023-2024 school year. The online application can be found at roc.kernhigh.org. The application window is open through March 10th, 2023. The first step is to complete an application to let us know what you are interested in.

Performances are Wednesday & Thursday, March 8 & 9 @ 7:30 in the PAC. Tickets will be sold at the door for $15 for the best fake rock concert ever with students performing Lady Gaga, Queen, Beyonce, Teen Beach Movie, Katy Perry, ABBA, and One Direction!

Congrats to the Patriot Robotics teams and Coach/Physics & Principles of Engineering teacher Mr. Johnson for making it to the State Region 3 Competition at Cal Poly on Saturday, March 4.

Seniors! Disneyland Grad Nite will be here before you know it! Permission slips & info are available in the Activities Office! Seats are first come first served. Total cost is $280.00 for a park hopper ticket, Grad Nite experience at California Adventure & Transportation down and back in a charter bus! A $100.00 deposit and permission slip will secure your spot! Please sign up at the same time with groups of friends to ensure you are on the same bus. Bus changes will not be allowed! Final payment is due by March 6th. Only available until sold out.

A school bus is now taking students home @ 5:15pm, Tuesday - Thursday, following afterschool activities and tutoring. Tutoring is is available afterschool Tuesday-Thursday.

Just 48 hours after a dramatic last-second shot that helped the Patriots advance, the team showcased a new method of success, blitzing visiting Buena Park early with an array of backdoor layups, 3-pointers and buckets off turnovers before coasting to a 70-49 victory, the team’s 17th straight win.

The FAFSA/Web Grant deadline for seniors is fast approaching. Liberty's Student Success Coaches are available during the school day to assist students in completing the application. They are calling out students and communicating through Canvas to offer support. The goal for all students to complete the process is making sure they have access to possible financial assistance, even for families who may not think they are eligible.
