Be a Light: Jennifer Flessati

Jennifer Flessati is a wonderful example of what it means to Be a Light at Liberty High School. In just her second year on campus, Jennifer has seamlessly integrated herself into our culture and daily systems, finding meaningful ways to make a difference both inside and outside her classroom. She builds strong relationships with students, creates opportunities for them to assess and take ownership of their learning, and regularly communicates and collaborates with parents to support student engagement and success. Beyond teaching Geometry and Algebra, Jennifer is also part of a team working to strengthen math support for students across our campus, demonstrating her commitment to the success of all Patriots.

As teacher Patrick Vaughan shared, “Jennifer is always so positive with her students. I've heard more students in the last year say that she is the best math teacher that they have ever had. What a compliment.” Jennifer reminds us that being a light is not always about one big moment. It is about the daily interactions, the relationships we build, and the belief we instill in others. We are grateful for the light she brings to Liberty and the difference she is making in the lives of our students.
