This nominee is "A Light" because of his quiet integrity. He consistently chooses to do the right thing even when no one is watching, setting a powerful and great example for the entire Liberty High School community. His everyday actions show that doing what is right comes from a genuine place in his heart, not for wanting recognition. He is the person I would tell you who I know shows the most PRIDE Core values as a proud patriot. His demeanor and uplifting attitude has a bigger impact than other students think. Alfredo is willing to help anyone who is struggling with a class or who struggles comprehending a teacher. His being involved in volunteering to help the community shows his initiative in doing things is by choice. These little acts of kindness can spread and be the light everyone needs.
