Start the Evening at 5:30
The campus opens at 5:30 p.m., and we encourage students to come with their parents and families.
Come early and take some time to explore campus, connect with student programs, and learn more about the opportunities available to our Patriots. There will also be six food trucks on campus, giving families plenty of options for dinner or a sweet treat while they enjoy the evening.
At 6:05 p.m., we’ll officially kick things off with some Patriot spirit:
- Choir will perform the National Anthem
- Band will perform the Patriot Fight Song
- Spirit Team will perform
From there, families can continue exploring campus, connecting with teachers and programs, and learning about the people and resources here to support our students. Classroom visits will begin at 6:30.
Know Where to Find Support
One of the most important parts of Patriot Welcome is making sure families know where to turn when they need help.
Our student and family support resources will be available throughout the evening, and the Parent Center will be open to help families with ParentVue, Canvas, and Parent Square. Whether you need help accessing information, understanding where to find student progress, or simply navigating the system, our team will be ready to assist.
A Little Encouragement Goes a Long Way
We’re also bringing back one of our favorite opportunities from Patriot Welcome: writing a note of encouragement to your student.
Outside Room 1201, family members can write a personal note that will be delivered to their student during the school day or bring a prewritten note and drop it off. We will make sure it gets to your student.
It may seem like a small thing, but sometimes a few words from home can make a very big difference.
Bring Your Patriot!
Most importantly, students are encouraged to attend Patriot Welcome with their parents or family members. We want our students to be part of the evening to show their families their campus, introduce them to their programs, and experience the excitement of starting another year together.
Patriot Welcome is about more than schedules and classrooms. It’s about connection, community, support, and school pride.
So come early. Bring the family. Grab some food. Find a program you didn’t know about. Get some help if you need it. Write your Patriot a note.
