On the girls’ side, Liberty continued to post strong performances across multiple events. Maddie Porter led the way with an incredible day, earning 1st place finishes in both the triple jump and pole vault, while also placing 2nd in the 100-meter hurdles. The girls’ 4x100 relay team of Kaylen Voss, Rylee Wheeler, Allison Sons, and Raylee DeLouth also had a remarkable performance, finishing 2nd overall while posting the #14 time in the state this season.Ally Bennett finished 2nd in the 1600.
The girls team finished 2nd overall at the Division I Championship, representing a tremendous leap forward for the program and a testament to the growth and commitment of our athletes and coaches.
We are incredibly proud of our Patriots and look forward to cheering them on this Saturday at the Valley Championship, where Liberty will be represented by 6 relay teams and 32 individual athletes competing for a chance to continue their postseason journey. Go Patriots!
