Liberty High News Team Earns Top Honors at Kern High Film Festival

This recognition highlights not only the quality of the final product, but also the consistency, creativity, and dedication required to produce a weekly broadcast that reflects the life of our campus. In a production environment that mirrors real-world expectations, these students plan, film, anchor, edit, and publish a polished news show, within just a four-hour production window.

The accomplishment is especially meaningful because of the impact their work has on the school community. Recently, one student shared that the news show is how they stay informed about what is happening on campus, expressing appreciation for the effort that goes into keeping students and staff connected and informed each week. It is a reminder that their work reaches far beyond the classroom and plays an important role in the daily life of Liberty High School.

Please take a moment to congratulate them on this outstanding achievement. Their professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to excellence continue to represent Liberty High School at the highest level under the guidance of Teacher Pat Vaughan, whose leadership and instruction help make this level of production possible each week.
