Liberty Esports Shines at Spring Finals

Liberty had an outstanding showing in both the singles and doubles brackets. In singles competition, Patrick Cabral battled his way through a highly competitive field of 50 players to earn an impressive 4th-place finish, narrowly missing the podium. In doubles play, the duo of Jericho Mallari and Daniel Otero demonstrated exceptional teamwork and strategy, securing 3rd place overall in the tournament.

In recognition of their strong performance, Liberty was also awarded a team trophy at the finals which is an accomplishment that reflects the dedication, practice, and passion of our Esports athletes.

A special congratulations goes to Coach Julian Alias, whose leadership, guidance, and commitment to the team have helped elevate our program to new heights. His dedication to supporting our students both in and out of competition has been instrumental in their success.

Coach Alias said, “This was an incredible experience for our students, and it’s clear that Liberty is home to some of the highest-ranking Esports competitors in the district. We are proud of their achievements and look forward to building on this success in the year ahead.”
