The concert featured the celebrated Liberty Chorale, our premiere concert ensemble, alongside outstanding performances from the Women’s Choir, Men’s Choir, and the debut of our Learn to Sing Choir. For many students, this night represented a milestone in their musical journey. One beginning choir member, Chloe, shared, “The concert was fun; it was cool to sing with a big group on stage,” a sentiment echoed by many first-time performers.
The Chorale Director Tim Williams shared his heartfelt pride following the show, stating, “I am super proud of the performances of all the choirs and feel great about the future of the program.” Principal Leandrea Slayton was equally moved, noting how inspired she felt by the passion and heart poured into every moment on stage.
The highlight of the evening, as always, was the cherished Liberty tradition of closing the concert with “The Lord Bless and Keep You.” Watching alumni step onto the stage to sing alongside current students served as a powerful reminder of the lasting legacy and community that the Liberty Choir Program continues to build.
It was a night filled with emotion, artistry, and connection — a celebration of where we’ve been, where we are, and the bright future ahead for Liberty High Choir.
