good morning pictures I'm Jennifer Arch and Jocelyn Kimball snooze 4 me and be so loved CSS applications are available outside of Mystery Minis office in the counseling office you need a copy of your grades from the fall semester it doesn't need to be a transcript just a copy of your grades that's right. You also need completed application and $10 to apply the deadline to apply is Wednesday February 19th and must be turned into a meeting of the six semesters between your sophomore and see and one semester must be during your senior year or next Wednesday and Thursday for those of you that have turned in an application hey Patriots did you know voting is an important privilege we have not only do we vote on important translation for also engaged in an important civic duty earlier this week you had the opportunity to register let's go check it out to be sponsoring the event that allowed students to pre-register to vote we talked with ASP vice president Jack O'Connell on why it's important to pre-register a seventeen-year-old you're allowed to pre-register to vote and this really avoid the hassle having to do when you're 18 when you register your registration automatically rolls over from so as soon as you turn 18 you're eligible to vote and you know the whole reason we're doing is just to decrease voter apathy among young adults are in Kern County so by pre-registering you're really doing your due diligence in preparing yourself to vote remember it's your duty to now back to you guys in the studio show me Tuesday we are having a blood bank in AFC in case you haven't gotten your permission slip they will be in the activities office this week community service hours we hope to see you guys there. Breaking news cowboy I got the horses in the bag or so I can't attach those are some pretty funny commercials I want to see some more like that next year in about two guys in the studio are mock trial team just finished their season let's see how they did here is Chris Reyes with more snooze and today I'm even talking with some people from last month Mock Trial Competition to see how they did how do you spell behavior space in the competition replace I think we all did really well and I'm really proud of our entire team by three points and we were so so close to getting Forester give me the side effects of people who want to join. Kyle we really need new people on the team for next year does Ray feedback in about two guys in the studio cover music segment this week Genesis talking about her music favorites take it away Janessa favorite songs is regulate by Warren G is gooey by glass animals for the last one is Heart-Shaped Box by Nirvana those are just a few of my favorite song so back to you guys in the studio some teachers around campus has taken the initiative towards making our environment just a little bit better Jose Medina what's more hey guys Jose Medina here with the LHS news some of you may have seen interesting board in the middle of the hallway here's some more info on that social studies teacher mrs. Beulah teamed up with the wonderful company to create a project that would spread -2 not only her classrooms but everybody on campus she has her students right kind of words onto sticky notes and put them on a board and then she places the board in the middle of the hallway goes to spread positivity and uplift any students that could be going through hard time we're glad to hear that teachers are making an effort to boost morale here on campus back to you guys in the studio another word for exciting took place this week and was there Cooper on Wednesday we had a total of Six Liberty athletes signed a six amazing universities Rhino Vedra to play football at Portland State University Reagan Barton to play golf at California State University San Marcos de Lisa Curcio. volleyball at University of Arizona Cynthia Flores to play soccer at San Jose State University Helen palmgren to do track at Master's College and plating Simpson swim at Fresno State University good luck and good job to all of our Liberty athletes I can fly Quest guys how to get a scoop cowboy and play Westbrook and we're here is for this week and the game on Monday against Garces and we had another game against BHS this week in the National Football League the Kansas City Chiefs play the San Francisco 49ers at the Super Bowl it was competitive game that's Kansas City Chiefs took the way in 31 to 20 this week in wrestling we had three wrestlers compete in the Kern County All-Star meet this weekend girls basketball we play Garces feeding them 48237 we played BHS on Friday this week and girls soccer we play Garces feeding them 3-0 today we play BHS why Blake that sure was a great Superbowl she's Dynasty starting now I think the 49ers are going to get it next year that's all four Sports this week or next week hey guys Chrissy t with your forecast this weekend we're to be in the sixties and seventies and then this week went to be in the sixties and fifties what the chance of rain on Thursday I hope you guys have a wonderful weekend and wear something a little bit warm back to the studio seniors don't forget to order your graduation gear February 14th will be the last day for all orders if you miss a deadline you will need to go to Jostens website visit the local showroom or call one eight hundred since the finance office is closed today Bernie said this week there's no school on Monday in observance of Lincoln's birthday have a great weekend
