afternoon mr. Oliver Liberty High School oci instructor oci standing for on-campus intervention the resiliency room is a tier-1 intervention and ultimately the kids that are suspended come back a day early to come in with me and then we take them through a full process here to try to avoid repeat incidence the first thing we reflect and relate the building reflect on what happened and then relate to the situation restorative circles is a really powerful the kids to express themselves what does it mean to be successful my dream vision for my life Teenage me worksheet school job is there a difference yeah if you checkr you're not individual conference this is really where it gets in debt new tool for their toolbox throughout their High School career they can reference me come talk to me speak to me and we try to restore the trust in relationship to the adults on campus along with building new relationships again oci Tier 1 intervention mr.
