Today is the last day to pre-order Homecoming shirts which can be purchased at the LHS online store. (Use the help button on the top right of the online store menu bar to learn how to create an account. To attach your student, you will also need their six-digit ID and will enter their name exactly as it appears in our records.) This is also accessible by clicking the store button at the top of our website.
Our Pats Up, Never Down focus for October is “Up on our habits.” Our habits are what make us, shape us, and lead us to the person we are becoming. This month can be busy with homecoming, the end of 1st quarter, fall sports, and beginning of winter sports, so this is where our positive habits come into play to really help us out! In his book, Atomic Habits, James Clear reminds us “Success is the product of daily habits — not once-in-a-lifetime transformations” and “habits are the compound interest of self-improvement.” So, this month we are challenging our students to create good new habits and break any bad ones.

Today, Sunday, September 29, is the deadline to order homecoming shirts which can be purchased for $20 at the LHS online store until 11:59pm today. Click the "HELP" button on the online store for directions on creating an account. You will need to input your student's name as it appears in our student information system and six digit student number to link them to your account.

California Scholarship Federation (CSF) Applications DUE
Attention 10th, 11th, and 12th graders: The CSF application for Spring 2024 is now available. Applications are due on 10/1. Current 10th, 11th, and 12th graders are eligible to apply. You must earn 10 points to qualify and must have earned As, Bs, and Cs in the qualifying classes.

Annual Title 1 Parent Meeting Is Thursday @ 6pm
You are invited you to our Annual Title 1 Meeting on Thursday, October 10, at 6:00pm in the library. During this meeting, you can learn about what Title 1 means for our school as well as your rights as parents. In addition, you will be able to see the Title 1 School-Level Parent and Family Engagement Policy and help modify it to better fit our needs as a school.
