Patriot Family,
Liberty students are busy preparing for homecoming, gathering with student groups, and meeting with clubs and college reps from universities. All of these things and more can be found in the Daily Bulletin which is read over the intercom in 2nd period at found on our website under “Resources”.
Over the last month, our administrative team presented to all English classes sharing the Safety, Discrimination, Bullying, and Sexual Harassment Presentation. We discuss how all members of our school community can do their part to make Liberty a great place for everyone by treating each other with dignity and respect. We also remind students “If you see something, say something.” We encourage students who feel unsafe or know someone who feels unsafe to report this a trusted adult on campus. Thank you for being that person for many of your students. We also discuss different avenues to report safety concerns including the anonymous reporting tool at the top of our website called the School Safety Tip Line.

Choir Concert This Tuesday at 7pm
Our Fall Choir Concert is Tuesday, October 8, at 7pm. It features music from the Americas that fall between the Latitudes of 30 degrees north and 30 degrees south. This festive concert features a wide variety of styles and genres. Concert begins at 7pm. All proceeds go to the Liberty High School Choir Booster Scholarship Fund.

Annual Title 1 Parent Meeting Is Thursday @ 6pm
You are invited you to our Annual Title 1 Meeting on Thursday, October 10, at 6:00pm in the library. During this meeting, you can learn about what Title 1 means for our school as well as your rights as parents. In addition, you will be able to see the Title 1 School-Level Parent and Family Engagement Policy and help modify it to better fit our needs as a school.

College Reps On Campus
In the next 2 weeks, we have college reps coming to Liberty to discuss admissions and campus life. Come to the counseling office to sign up to attend.
