Liberty Parents and Guardians,
School starts Wednesday at 8:30am! The information below includes first day procedures, a link to the school map, and information about purchasing an ASB Sticker. An ASB sticker attaches to your student's ID card and provides free admission to all Kern High athletic events (except playoffs) all year long, including our first home football game this Friday, August 19. It also provides discounts to Formal and Prom.
I know some students may be wishing for a few more days of summer, but I am excited to see our campus full of students on Wednesday! Our goal is for your student to feel valued, know they belong, and believe they can be successful. If your student is nervous or apprehensive, please assure them that Liberty is full of adults who are dedicated to their success.

First Day of School Procedures
Students will report directly to their 1st period class to receive their official schedule on Wednesday, August 13. First period locations for every student will be posted outside the Dean's Office. Staff will also be on campus to assist students finding their 1st period class. We encourage students to check their schedules through StudentVue as changes have occurred over the past couple of days due to balancing of classes.

ParentVUE App Allows Parents to View Grades
The Synergy ParentVUE app allows parents to monitor their student's grades and attendance. If you have your student's 6 digit UID (student number) and birthdate you can set up your account remotely. In addition, Mrs. Cavazos in the parent center can also help you in person, over the phone, or via email.
