In addition to the opportunities listed above, Bakersfield College programs like "Finish in 4" and "Transfer in 2" require student to have a financial aid application on file.
Financial Aid Application (2-year or 4-year institutions) – Deadline: March 2, 2023
Now is the time to fill out your Financial Aid Application. To apply for federal student aid, such as federal grants, work-study, and loans, you need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Completing and submitting the FAFSA is free and it gives you access to the largest source of financial aid to pay for college (2-year or 4-year institutions) as well as trade schools and specialized programs. Many states and colleges use your FAFSA information to determine your eligibility for state and school aid.
